 This component is used to insert Drop-Down-Lists with Links like the Component LinkDropDown, but it uses the sitestructure of your NetObjects Fusion site to automatically create links. Additionally you can manually set links to show before and after the structure-links. You can specify the start-page to use as root or when leaving this property empty, the actual page is used as root. You can enter names for the FORM (if you decide to add FORM tags) and for the DropDown-Component. You can choose which action the DropDown produces: None, Link to the selected Entry or Submit the actual form. You can also set the FONT-Width in which the DropDown-list will be displayed in the web browser. One of three display-modes can be selected:
- Automatic: New Links are called immediately after being chosen.
- Button: Users must press the Button to go to the link.
- Auto & Button: The new link is called automatically, but there is also a button for users who don't have JavaScript enabled.
In the Separator-Property you can insert characters which will be used as separators. The component inserts a separator automatically when there is NO Link for one Entry. The length of the Separator string is the same as the longest Text-Entry in the List.
